Energijos Taupymo Tinklas yra bendradarbiavimas tarp daugelio Europos šalių, regionų, miestų, asociacijų ir efektyvios energetikos centrų. Visi projektai turi bendrą sinergetinį požymį – energijos taupymo skatinimas ir efektyvumo metodai. Tačiau jie yra skirtingai vertinami, dėl to vienas kitam suteikia pridėtinę vertę.

Lietuvos šilumos tiekėjų asociacija ir Kauno miesto savivaldybė dalyvauja ESCOBAL ir SENET projektuose.
