ESCOBALT project was invited to take part in international the inter-regional seminar “Barriers for implementation of Kyoto Protocol in Russia, the strategy of renewable energy usage in Russia and local actions for promotion of reducing green house gas emission”
The seminar took place on February 22-23, 2006, in SPb State University, center “Fenix”, Sankt Petersburg, Russia.
From Escobalt in the seminar participated Juri Markovitch (Vantaa Energy), Päivi Saarnia (Greennet Finland) and Gennadiy Naumov (the City of Vantaa)
The Escobalt team has prepared the presentation and Juri Markovitch has presented it on the seminar.
