Building Services enable safe and comfortable living and working in premises. The Building Services include systems, equipment and services which guarantee in different spaces of premises breathing air quality, drinking water quality, comfortable thermal conditions for living and working, illumination quality as well as enable the usage of sanitary systems, food processing, cleaning and action. The Building Services include equipment, systems and services for required entities.

Technologies

Equipment entities of Building Services are according to the definition as follows:

• water systems (i.e. heating of water, water supply systems and drinking water systems),
• waste water systems (sewage disposal systems and rain water systems),
• air-conditioning systems,
• refrigerating systems,
• cooling technology systems,
• control systems,
• distribution of electric energy and use (i.e. illumination etc.),
• electrical information systems (networks, audiovisual systems, telecommunication, personnel paging systems, etc.),
